About Tent Assignments

We want every guest to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. While you’re invited to reserve your preferred tent, final assignments are confirmed based on availability, privacy needs, and respectful sharing of space.

If you’re registering as a solo guest in a shared tent, we’ll pair you with someone based on gender and other considerations. If you have specific preferences, just let us know during registration. We’re happy to accommodate wherever possible.
