My daily and seasonal creative, spiritual, and embodiment practices form the foundation of my work. From my early years as a dancer, choreographer, and teacher to my later journey as a yoga practitioner, teacher, and mentor, I’ve learned to fuel my growth and live in alignment with my values. Over time, I’ve developed a blend of regular practices—movement and stillness, immersion in nature, creative and sensory exploration, and balancing time in community with solitude—that support a life of clarity, resilience, and gratitude.
Through teaching in New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego, I’ve seen a widespread need for inspiration, connection, and authentic expression. In productivity-driven cities, many struggle to break free from habitual busyness, constant device attachment, and disconnection from themselves and others. I’m grateful to have cultivated a path that feels right for me—spending my days moving, breathing, creating, and holding space for others to reflect and feel.
My hope is that my offerings encourage us to envision and manifest a more holistic way of being for us all. My experience, intuition, and ongoing growth position me to offer the support and inspiration people seek to create change. After receiving multiple requests to lead retreats, starting this business felt like a natural extension of my journey, allowing me to share what I’ve learned with those eager to embrace life more fully.

VALUES
Balance. I look to Nature for wisdom on balance, as it holds all possibilities within a whole. The ability to zoom in and out, activate and rest, give and receive, is innate—we just need to remember how to find our equilibrium. Balance isn’t static; it’s about being responsive, resilient, and in honest relationship with the ever-changing present.
Connection. To live intentionally, we must connect with what’s truly happening in our lives. Our minds easily create myths and delusions, and staying open and connected requires focused effort, persistence, and compassion. Without real connection, we navigate blindly, disconnected from reality. Beyond our internal connection, we’re designed to connect with others. Community connection inspires, challenges, and reflects us so that we can grow.
Play. Life involves suffering, so I aim to approach my work and life with some levity! Serious things can be done with joy, inspiring authenticity and creativity. Play replaces fear and obligation with curiosity, helping us bravely step into the unknown.
